S10E07 – Ben Behaving Badly

Episode Summary
- Ben’s is enjoying some quality time alone but is thwarted by the arrival of Michael, upset about his break up with Scott, Janey who wants Michael to fill in for her at work while she cares for Kenzo, and Roger, still upset about Abi. Ben offers to help Janey out – after all, how hard can it be to sit and watch TV with an elderly gent, and she reluctantly accepts his offer while he is just thankful to get out of the house! Ben arrives at Harry’s and is quickly impressed with tales of his travels. Harry confides in Ben that he feels like he is in prison and wins Ben over. Meanwhile, Michael and Roger reminisce about their failed relationships and Michael suggests it would be cathartic to hold a “moving on” party where they each destroy something their respective exes gave them. Michael smashes a framed photo from Scott - Roger has brought Abi’s music box but isn’t finding it quite so easy… Ben has taken Harry to the shops in his car… but is beginning to panic when Harry doesn’t return. He finds Harry in a strip club and is urged to live his life to the full. He admits that he always wanted to be a singer and they move on to a karaoke bar where Harry has arranged for Ben to perform… during which time Harry gives him the slip again. Harry has returned to the strip club and reluctantly agrees to leave, as long as his two young friends, Jade and Michelle can have a lift home too. They tease Ben and wind up all getting tattoos, but an unfortunate mix up means he has Jade’s name emblazoned on his rear. Back at the house, Ben is astonished that Roger has embraced the healing powers of smashing Abi’s things a little too whole-heartedly. Janey arrives and is horrified to find Ben there… once again Harry has fooled him.
