Susan has tea with Hilary Jessop who boasts about the success of her family. Hilary has joined Susan on the fund raising committee at Kenzo's nursery and Susan is less than happy. Ben returns home ranting about a cyclist who clipped his car. Abi and Roger are off to a food demonstration by Gordon Ramsey.
Hilary's son Dominic comes to pick her up. Although Janey hated him when they were young and used to play Doctors and Nurses, she takes a fancy to him but he doesn't believe in sex before marriage. Hilary invites herself over for dinner. Michael and Alfie encourage Ben to call the local radio to complain about cyclists.
Susan decides to make a nude calendar to raise money using local businessmen. Janey says she knows the perfect photographer. Ben is invited onto the local radio but shocks the DJ with his views on cyclists. Susan is practising cooking the food for the dinner party but burns it all so Roger and Abi agree to help out. The house is being besieged with irate cyclists. Janey has prepared the models and Michael is looking forward to photographing them. Ben refuses to apologise to the cyclists. Michael discovers the models are male.
Susan wants Hilary to think their lives are perfect. Hilary and her husband Richard arrive. Susan checks on the chefs and Abi has started swearing like Gordon Ramsey.
At the pub, Dominic tells Janey he has intimacy issues from a game of Doctors and Nurses. Back at the dinner party, Alfie sings a charity song for Kenzo's school. Ben rants about cyclists – Richard was the cyclist who scratched his car! Michael walks past with 2 naked men and Ben slams Richard's face into the pavlova.
Susan's calendars arrive but you can see everything in the mirrors. Ben leaves for a TV interview and Susan tells him he is ruining his family's lives.
On TV Ben does a u turn and says he loves cyclists who then all leave from besieging the house. Hilary arrives and tells Susan she wished she had her perfect life.
